Steve Byrd said they would be able to make their way around vehicles waiting in line to turn left. Based on the site plans I saw, fire trucks should have several ways to get to the grocery store to respond to a fire call... Yes, there would be a parcel left for future development between Sonic and ALDI. It would be slightly less than 1 acre in size, and access would be via a frontage road extending from either or both the Sonic site and the ALDI site.
