Its been 2 months, and nothing new on City website, no articles in Oak Ridger.

		<description>I bike to work (ORNL) 3 seasons of the year and would very much like to see some improvements in the safety of the roads I use. I most often use Lafayette to Scarboro, which has almost no shoulders at several places and is particularly dangerous at the hill riding East since the morning sun is sometimes in the eyes of drivers.  The multiple lane cross over for bicycles is also dangerous at the Y12 plant. I used to use the turnpike when I wanted a somewhat longer ride, but this has not been possible with construction.</description>
